Adrian Todesco

Adrian specialises in workers compensation, work injury damages, civil litigation, industrial relations, employment law and commercial law.

Adrian joined Rankin Ellison as a Law Clerk in August 2018 whilst he completed his studies at Macquarie University. He was admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of NSW in 2020 and has continued to work in Rankin Ellison’s insurance and commercial teams.

Adrian has extensive experience acting on behalf of insurers and employers in personal injury claims from a variety of industries including aged care, construction, and manufacturing. As a result, Adrian works closely with clients to understand their different interests and to achieve optimal results in a timely and cost-efficient way.

Adrian also specialises in commercial and corporate areas, acting for a wide range of clients including hotel groups, individuals, and investment groups. A keen problem solver, Adrian adopts a pragmatic approach to providing advice to his clients on complex mergers and acquisitions, conveyancing, and civil litigation.
