He is a commercial litigator acting on behalf of individuals and corporations in resolving commercial and general litigation disputes. He has the ability to leverage his experience and legal expertise to realise the commercial aims of his clients and to further their strategic direction.
Paul has a background of 20 years as an insurance lawyer including as a partner of a leading national insurance law firm acting in professional indemnity, fidelity, product liability, public liability and personal injury claims as well as insurance coverage and reinsurance disputes.
He is a valuable team member, motivator and consensus builder in the commercial practice of the firm possessing the ability to gain the cooperation and trust of others and to obtain their commitment to clearly defined goals through a process of consultation and direction.
Paul is well-organised, efficient, able to plan, anticipate and to establish priorities. He has an ability to give attention to the detail of matters and a tenacious and industrious approach to resolving problems.
Since being admitted as a solicitor in 1974, Paul’s practice has consisted predominantly of commercial litigation in the superior and lower courts of New South Wales, in various Tribunals in New South Wales and in the Federal Court of Australia and the Federal Circuit Court of Australia.
