Alexandra McCaffrey

Alexandra joined Rankin Ellison Lawyers as a Law Graduate in March 2022 and was admitted as a Solicitor in March 2023.
Prior to joining the firm, Alexandra gained extensive knowledge of the workers compensation system and claim management process, having previously worked at EML in both a mental health claims team and a corporate claims team.
Since joining the firm, Alexandra has acted on behalf of a variety of insurers providing legal advice and representation with respect to physical and psychological injuries, industrial deafness claims, lump sum claims, fatality claims, medical disputes, injury management disputes, and weekly compensation claims. She focuses on achieving timely and commercially sound outcomes on behalf of her clients.
Alexandra is experienced in managing both litigated and non-litigated matters and has successfully defended claims in the Personal Injury Commission.
