Dakota Woods

Dakota works in the area of Statutory Workers Compensation and has experience advising insurers and claims service providers on all aspects of claim management, liability and dispute resolution.

Dakota joined Rankin Ellison in 2021 as a Paralegal, prior to completion of a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) at the University of Newcastle in 2022 and her admission to the Supreme Court of NSW in 2023. She has since acted on behalf of the scheme agents. Her experience includes providing legal advice and representation with respect to physical and psychological injuries, lump sum claims, medical disputes and weekly compensation claims. Dakota specialises in managing standard and complex litigated and non-litigated matters. She regularly appears as an advocate in the Personal Injury Commission.
