Ella Flanagan
Senior Associate
Ella forms part of the Workers Compensation Team and has experience in both litigated and non-litigated matters.
Ella joined Rankin Ellison in March 2021 as part of the Workers Compensation Team. She is involved in a range of matters relating to both physical and psychological work injuries, including lump sum compensation claims, claims for weekly benefits, claims for medical expenses and consequential injury claims.
Ella provides advice to insurers and employers on a number of matters including, determining liability, case management and obtaining evidence to assist with defending claims. She has appeared in a number of jurisdictions, including the Personal Injury Commission, District, and Supreme Courts.
